    When will the next dome dinner experience be?

    The next edition of dome dining will be Foodies in the Park: Culinary Abstract, taking place from April 22 to May 22, 2022 at the Artisan Gardens in Fish Creek Provincial Park.

    Are beverages included?

    Beverages are not included with the meal purchase. A selection of cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase tableside.

    What is the gratuity applied?

    The gratuity is an 18% charge applied to all bookings.

    What is on the menu and when do I select it?

    The menu will be announced in early 2022. Selection of the menu must be completed upon checkout. Menu changes can be made with a minimum of 5 business days notice. Please contact us for more details.

    Will it be cold or hot in the domes?

    To maximize the comfort of your dining experience, each dome is equipped with an air conditioner and floor and overhead heaters. As this is still an outdoor event, we do suggest that you bring an extra layer for added comfort.

    What should I wear?

    Come dressed for a fun evening out.

    How long is my dome reservation?

    Each reservation is 2 hours long to ensure enough time for our team to clean and sanitize the domes for the next seating.

    How early can I come before my reservation?

    Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation starts to ensure you are seated on time.

    What steps have been implemented to stop the spread of Covid-19?

    The safety of our customers and staff is extremely important to us. There is no better way to being socially distant than being in your own private dome. In addition to following local health guidelines, here are some of the steps we are taking:

    • Pre-ordering of menu;
    • Thorough and frequent cleaning of all hard surfaces in the dome and washrooms;
    • Staff wear masks at all time and will wash their hands frequently;
    • Detailed signage and waiting areas to direct and keep guests safe;
    • Independent air exchange and filtration system in each dome.

    Can I cancel my reservation for a refund?

    As noted during purchase, all sales are final and refunds will not be offered. If the event is postponed, a credit will be issued towards the rescheduled event.

    Can I transfer my booking?

    Yes, bookings can be transferred to another person with a minimum of 10 days’ notice. Please direct your inquiry to [email protected]

    Can I book for less than 4 people?

    Yes, we can accommodate smaller parties, provided the minimum spend per dome is met. To help you achieve the minimum spend, experience enhancers (add-ons) will be available. Please review the menu option on the website for further details.

    Can I increase or decrease the amount of people in my group after the meals have been selected?

    Tickets purchased are non-refundable; however, a booking can be reduced to 2 adults as long as the minimum spend per dome is met. Bookings may be increased to a maximum of 6 adults per dome. To make revisions to your reservation, please contact [email protected]

    Is the confirmation email my booking?

    You will receive an email confirmation upon booking. This email will be used for check-in upon your arrival. Please have this ready to show the host.

    Is there parking available?

    Yes please use the Fish Creek Provincial Park parking at 15979 Bow Bottom Trail SE. Carpooling is encouraged to maximize availability for other guests.

    Are babies or children allowed?

    Yes, a kids’ menu for ages 1-12 are available exclusively as an add-on. A minimum of 2 adult tickets will be required for the booking. If a highchair is required, please note this in the comments section when confirming your reservation. Due to limited size, only 1 highchair can fit into a dome.

    Can I bring a birthday cake?

    Yes you can, a $3.00/person cake cutting fee will be applied. Please contact our team in advance by email [email protected]

    Can I bring my pet to the event?

    Although we love all furry friends, we ask that you leave them at home during the event.

    Can I smoke or vape in the dome?

    Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the dome. We kindly ask that you smoke or vape in the designated marked smoking areas.

    Will you accommodate guests with accessibility needs?

    We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests with accessibility requirements. Please provide our team the details with a minimum of 5 business days prior to your reservation. Requests can be directed to [email protected]
