This advance booking holds your chosen date, dinner seating time and a garden dome seating 4-6 people until it is required to select your 4 course dinner selection.

3 menu types will be released at the beginning of January. Selections must be made by January 23rd, 2020 or the date noted on your dinner selection email.
Queen of Hearts Afternoon Tea
One seating at noon on Saturday and Sundays. $75 per person (gst and service charge extra). Dome is included in per person price.

Are drinks included?

Drinks will be sold separately on the evening of your booking. A selection of cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available.

What is the service charge/gratuity on the meals?

The service charge is an 18% fee that covers event setup, clean up, booking / processing fees and event staff gratuities.

What is on the menu for dinner and when do I need to select my meal by?

Will it be cold or hot in the domes?

Frozen Jungle will be happening at the Devonian Gardens. This is an indoor tropical garden. Each dome will be equipped with an air conditioner for added comfort.

What should I wear?

Come dressed for a fun evening out.

Are babies or children allowed?

Yes, kids menus for ages 1-12 are available as an add on only. A minimum of 4 adult meals will still be required for the booking. 1 highchair can fit into the dome. If a highchair is required, please add this note in comments when purchasing your tickets.

How early can I come before my reservation?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation starts to ensure you are seated on time.

Can I transfer my booking?

Yes, bookings can be transferred to another person up to 10 days before. Please direct your inquiry to [email protected]

Can I book for less than 4 people?

Yes we can accommodate smaller bookings. A fee of $150 will be added. We understand the demand for 2 person dining. We charge this fee because our dome installations are complex and costly and require a certain amount of attendees to implement our pop up experiences.

What steps have been implemented to stop the spread of Covid-19?

The safety of our customers and staff is extremely important. There is no better way to social distance than being in your own private dome. In addition, we are following all AHS and government guidelines very closely. Here are some of the steps we are taking. If you

· Pre-ordering of menu

· Thorough and frequent cleaning of all hard surfaces in the dome and washrooms.

· Staff will be wearing masks and will wash their hands frequently.

· Detailed signage and waiting areas to direct and keep guests safe.

· Air exchange and filtration system in each dome.

· Distanced tables in the Bamboo Lounge with table drink service.

Can I cancel my reservation for a refund?

Sorry reservations are non-refundable and non-adjustable. We are happy to move your reservation to a different date and/or time based on availability or transfer it to a different person up to 10 days before your original reservation. Requests should be directed to [email protected]

Is the confirmation email my booking?

You will receive an email confirmation upon booking. This email confirmation will be used for check in on the day of your reservation. Please have this ready to show the host when you arrive.

How long is my dome reservation?

Each reservation is 2 hours long to ensure enough time for our team to clean and sanitize the domes for the next seating.

Will you accommodate allergies?

Yes we can! Please list allergies when you purchase your menu selections. Otherwise please email [email protected] no less than 5 days prior to the event.

Where do I go once I arrive to The Core?

· Enter the mall from the entrance off 3 St SW (between 7 & 8 Ave). Take the elevator by Hy’s Steak House up to the 4th floor and walk across food court in to Devonian. Press the buzzer located by the revolving doors. Security will confirm your event and grant access.

· Take stairs from the main floor by Starbucks or the 3rd St C-train platform up to the 4th floor.

· From the 4th St. C-train platform, take the +15 walkway over the tracks in to the mall. Follow the walkway east towards the center of the mall to find the elevator. Take elevator to 4th floor in to the food court. Walk east into the Gardens.

* Please note, all +15 walkway access in to the mall closes at midnight.

Is there parking available?

Yes there is parking available at the following locations:

TD Core Parking – 750 4 St SW
Entrance on 4th Street between 8th Avenue and 7th Avenue. Open daily 5:00 am-midnight

Holt Renfrew Parking – 516 8 Ave SW
Entrance on 8th Avenue between 5th Street and 4th Street. Open daily 5:00 am-midnight

WEEKDAYS
$6 per hour, daily max rate $45. Free parking daily starting at 3 pm. First three hours free, $2 flat rate thereafter.

WEEKENDS
Free parking first three hours, $2 flat rate thereafter.

ADDITIONAL PARKING
An additional 4,200 parking spaces are located within a 1-block radius of the centre with over 47,000 spaces available in downtown Calgary. The downtown Calgary parking association has created a new interactive parking map, which includes the live Calgary parking Authority Park plus feeds to show real-time parking lot spots and street parking availability. Can I increase or decrease the amount of people in my group after the meals have been selected?

Bookings are non-refundable, however a booking can be reduced to a minimum of 4 people per dome. Bookings can be increased to a maximum of 6 people per dome. To make additions/changes to your group booking please contact [email protected] A processing fee may apply.

Can I bring a birthday cake?

Yes you can, a $3.00/person cake cutting fee will be applied. Please let our team know in advance if you will be bringing this in.

Can I bring my pet to the event?

Although we love all furry friends, we ask that you leave them at home during the event.

Can I smoke or vape in the dome?

We kindly ask that you smoke or vape in the designated marked smoking areas.

Will you accommodate guests with accessibility needs?

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests who have mobility or other accessibility needs, provided that notice of the need for accommodations is provided no less than 5 days prior to your reservation. Requests should be directed to [email protected]
