This advance booking holds your chosen date, dinner seating time and a garden dome seating 4-6 people until it is required to select your 4 course dinner selection.

3 menu types will be released at the beginning of January. Selections must be made by January 23rd, 2020 or the date noted on your dinner selection email.
Queen of Hearts Afternoon Tea
One seating at noon on Saturday and Sundays. $75 per person (gst and service charge extra). Dome is included in per person price.

Is the spring 2020 Dine in Wonderland event still happening?

Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are postponing our event to Oct 1 – Nov. 1, 2020. If you did not receive our email and still have spring event tickets please contact info@foodiesinthepark.com.

Can I transfer my booking?

Yes, bookings can be transferred to another person up to 10 days before. Please direct your inquiry to info@foodiesinthepark.com.

What is the service charge/gratuity on the meals?

The service charge is an 18% fee that covers event setup, clean up, ticketing / processing fees and event staff gratuities.

What is on the menu for dinner and when do I need to select my meal by?

Click here to see our 3 beautifully crafted menus. Please select your dinner choices upon checkout. If you are unsure of your menu choices please select undecided and choose at a later DATE by going back into your Eventbrite booking or by emailing info@foodiesinthepark.com. Please choose your menus no later than Aug. 31 2020.

Will it be cold or hot in the domes?

Foodies in the Park is an outdoor event, therefore the temperature in the dome will fluctuate. Each dome will be equipped with a heater, air conditioner and cozy blankets. We will do our best to keep the domes at a comfortable temperature.

Are babies or children allowed?

Yes, kids menus for ages 1-12 are available as an add on only. A minimum of 4 adult meals will still be required for the booking. 1 highchair can fit into the dome. Please email info@foodiesinthepark.com to request a highchair for your booking.

Is it possible to adjust the price after the purchase?

Due to our policies, we cannot do price adjustments on past purchases.

Can I cancel my reservation for a refund?

Sorry tickets are non-refundable. We are happy to move your reservation to a different date and/or time based on availability or transfer it to a different person up to 10 days before your original reservation. Requests should be directed to info@foodiesinthepark.com.

Is the confirmation email my ticket?

Yes, thank you for your purchase! Please show your printed copy of the confirmation email or a digital version to the hostess on arrival. See you in Wonderland! If you did not receive a confirmation please email info@foodiesinthepark.com.

What should I wear?

Come dressed for a fun evening out. Please be advised that the garden paths may have uneven terrain. Please choose your footwear accordingly. It is recommended to come with a jacket or blazer on colder evenings although there will be heaters and blankets in each dome.

Can I bring a birthday cake?

Yes! This is the only outside food allowed at the event. A cake cutting fee of $4 per person will apply, which includes plates, cutlery and cutting of the cake. Requests for cake service should be provided no less than 48 prior to your reservation by emailing info@foodiesinthepark.com.

Will you accommodate allergies?

Yes we can! Please list allergies when you purchase your menu selections or in comments for afternoon tea. Otherwise please email info@foodiesinthepark.com no less than 5 days prior to the event.

How early can I come before my reservation?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation starts. The Rabbit Hole Lounge will be open from 4:30pm to 12:30am every night. You are welcome to enjoy the lounge before and after your reservation?

How long is my dome reservation?

Each reservation is 2 hours long. We invite you to enjoy the Rabbit Hole Lounge before and after your reservation.

Can I increase or decrease the amount of people in my group after the meals have been selected?

Yes, please visit your Eventbrite booking to increase the number of people in your group to a maximum of 6 people. If the number of guests in your group decreases, you may request a refund. Groups must have a minimum of 4 people each. To make a change to your group booking please contact info@foodiesinthepark.com. A processing fee may apply.

Is there parking available?

For less environmental impact we encourage you to carpool with friends and family. There will be free parking available upon entering Fish Creek Provincial Park.

Can I bring my pet to the event?

Although we love all furry friends, we ask that you leave them at home during the event.

Can I smoke or vape in the lounge or dome?

We kindly ask that you smoke or vape in the designated marked smoking areas. Smoking will be prohibited in the event of a fire ban.

Will I get wet if it rains?

Our garden domes will protect you from rain and snow. If it happens to be a rainy day please bring an umbrella to use from the parking lot to our Rabbit Hole Lounge.

Can I book for less than 4 people?

Yes we can accommodate smaller bookings. However a minimum of 4 meals must be purchased. Any extra meals can be packaged up to take home.

Will you accommodate guests with accessibility needs?

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests who have mobility or other accessibility needs, provided that notice of the need for accommodations is provided no less than 5 days prior to your reservation. Requests should be directed to info@foodiesinthepark.com.
